The Business Model Canvas
For example, we use The Business Model Canvas, a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool which allows you to describe, design, challenge, invent and pivot your business idea. The canvas allows the creating of a shared language for describing, visualising, assessing and changing business models and quickly brings your team to the same place. By focusing on the 9 segments of the canvas, we quickly begin to see the idea form into tangible elements.
