Website Design and Development

We’ve been delivering cutting-edge websites for over 15 years

Website Design And Development

We’ve been designing and delivering websites since the early days of dial-up broadband.  From online acquisition and lead generation sites, to brand marketing, Company websites and Customer servicing platforms.  We take pride in understanding our Clients wants and needs, and delivering a quality product that works, delivered on time and on budget. We understand what good website design and development looks like, from the definition of your requirements, to managing change through the development process, and the successful launch and migration of your old website.

Website redesign or a complete new website?

Whether it’s a redesign or a new website you’re after, we can help. We design bespoke, fully-responsive and aesthetically beautiful websites to help your business easily interact with your target market, whilst looking professional and giving the user a great user-experience.

Mobile Optimised Websites

With Google now favouring mobile optimised sites, it’s important that your website follows suit.  If you’ve recently witnessed a sudden drop in traffic, recent search engine algorithm changes may be the reason why.  Even though content is still king, it’s important to continuously improve your user experience.

Responsive Website Design

More businesses are now looking to cater for an increasing mobile market, as Google confirmed that mobile and tablet web traffic has overtaken desktop users in 2015.  With an ever growing array of screen sizes and devices to browse the Internet, having a responsive website means that all these different visitors are using and navigating your website in a way that is tailored for them regardless of the device they use.

Our Approach To Website Design and Development

Websites are now a fundamental part of the business environment of an enterprise and absolute clarity is needed to ensure that a website design or redevelopment project meets its objectives and makes a return on investment.

Website development, in particular, can lead to costly budget overruns if changes are made after Strategy and Concepts have been agreed: for that reason, we agree and sign-off a Strategy document before development commences and we develop using the right methodology appropriate for the project.

Our development process starts with a Consultation Phase where we make a huge effort to understand your requirement and what your audience would expect from it.

A Research Phase ensures that we understand the competitive environment and enables us to ensure our approach is creative and innovative.  The Strategy and Content phases produce a site map, an information architecture plan, functional and application requirements for the site and suggest visual approaches that meet your objectives, incorporate your brand guidelines and deploy relevant user experience features.

The Strategy Phase also produces a definitive production plan with detailed costs, technical architecture (content management and applications), hosting, launch and support recommendations.

The Development Phase involves building and testing the website. When it goes live in the Delivery Phase, we make recommendations for ongoing marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO) and social media programmes. The evolution of Web 2.0 (and now Web 3.0) has meant that the use of RSS feeds, blogs and social networks can massively expand the reach of a website’s content, quickly and easily.

If you are interested in having your new website built using the latest design techniques and technology, or want to eliminate the costs of having separate websites and mobile websites please get in touch and we would be happy to discuss your requirements.
